1 Q: What’s your MOQ
A: Our MOQ is 50 units normally. If you order quantities is less than our MOQ, we have two ways to deal with your demand. Firstly, we usually build stock for major products and we can check & confirm your order if we can delivery it or not; Secondly, we also can combine your demand with others & release to our factory.
2 Q:What’s the deliver time?
A:It depends on the quantity you request. Usually, we can ship goods out within two weeks after order confirmed. For OEM & ODM demand, the lead time will be longer with case by case discussion.
3 Q: Can I get samples?
A: Of course, you can get samples. The cost of samples and freight are on your account usually, but we can deduce the samples cost when you release official orders to us.
4 Q: What’s your payment term?
A: 30% payment as deposit, 70% payment before shipping. If you have special requirement on payment term, we can discuss case by case.
5 Q: how can you guarantee your quality?
A: Firstly, we buy best quality materials to make our finished-goods; Secondly, our factory has well quality control during the whole production process from injection molding for plastic components, SMT for electric components and final assembly, every product is tested before sending to warehouse; Finally, we can make 1% spare parts for every order.
6 Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM requirements?
A: Yes, we can. Not only the private labels or packages can be provided, but also the products can be customized by your request. Here we would like to remind you if the customization relates to appearance design or size changes, it may cause the tooling change and patents authority risk.
